Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. Her first role was in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she was in a number of roles supporting primetime TV. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress who was born at The Bronx New York United States on October 10, 1977. Navedo began her acting career as a daytime soap. Between 1995 and 1997, she was a part of the cast as Linda Soto on the ABC soap production One Life to Live. The show also featured her in Guiding Light, the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval between 1999 and 2000. The film debut of her was with a part in Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo made an appearance as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the one year following. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo had a recurring role in the NBC crime show Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. In the following years, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of other movies, including El Cantante or Remember Me. From 2011 until 2013 Navedo has also appeared in recurring roles for How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Navedo was a part of the comedic film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a parody of the Fast and Fast and the Furious film series. Navedo began her acting career in the daytime soap operas. From 1995 until 1997, she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. In 1999, she was part of the cast of CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her debut film role came in the form of a minor character on Girl 6 (1996). In the following years, she was a guest star on seasons of New York Undercover, The District and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film from 2001.
